Where do I start...I'm so unbelievably astounded and appreciative of the work that James does it's really hard to put into words, in short I love the man, he's the best in the business, I trust him with my life. Financing a home is probably our biggest asset we have, and having a below par loan officer just won't cut it. After 20 years of successful loan deals, James has truly mastered this very difficult job. As a realtor I've been forced to deal with average and newby Morgage people, and they've made me look awful!! I've had my closings ruined by these guys!! Not with James, he'll tell it like it is, and get you through this very complicated process with ease. His assistant Kathy is a workhorse, she cranks out the paperwork and has been doing if for years, together they're a formidable team and get the job done every time. This process is VERY difficult, and it's VERY important, you wouldn't trust a trial with your life on the line with a court appointed attorney with a year of experience, nope, you'd only trust the GOAT-Greatest Of All Time, that's what I got, the Michael Jordan of this industry. Beyond being the best in the business he's a wonderful person, he takes care of the people I send him who aren't really qualified for loans, he coaches them on what to do to get approved, he councils irregardless of if they do a deal with him or not, he takes care of people because he's a loving man. I'm truly honored to know him. If you ask me in person what he's meant to me and my family, I'll have tears in my eyes when I tell you he's been the best blessing God has sent to me in my life next to my family.
